If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return or exchange it within 14 days from the date of receipt. Requests for exchange/return are accepted via email: support.cy@coral-club.com.

Please include the following details in your email:

• Full name
• Club Member number
• Order number
• Reason for return (if the product is defective, please attach photos)

The return address will be provided by the regional support service in response to your return request.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date the seller receives both the written request and the returned product.
