Return of Marketing Materials or Fee for Change of Status “Consumer / Distributor”

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Law of the Republic of Cyprus 2013 (Law 133(I)/2013), adopted in implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, and taking into account the specific nature of distance and direct sales, Coral Club applies the provisions set out below.

Marketing Materials

All marketing materials of Coral Club are provided exclusively in digital format and free of charge through the distributor’s personal account.

Due to their intangible nature and the absence of independent commercial value, such materials are not subject to return or compensation. This complies with the Consumer Rights Law of the Republic of Cyprus 2013 (Law 133(I)/2013), adopted in implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, which provides for an exception to the right of withdrawal in the case of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, provided that the consumer has given prior consent to the commencement of its performance.

Administrative Fee (30 Conditional Units)

When changing status from consumer to distributor, an administrative fee in the amount of 30 conditional units is charged.

This fee does not constitute payment for goods or services within the framework of a business-to-consumer transaction but represents a charge for administrative processing and access to the Coral Club partner functionality.

In accordance with the principles of fair practice and direct selling standards, a distributor has the right to terminate the partnership relationship with Coral Club at any time.

In such a case, upon the distributor’s request submitted to the company, the amount of 30 conditional units will be refunded in the form of bonus points to the distributor’s personal Coral Wallet account in the personal cabinet within 14 calendar days from the date of notification by the Club Member. This complies with the company’s internal policy and the principle of equivalent compensation.
